Services: Services

Pool Openings

Technicians clean pool deck free of winter debris, remove winter cover and store it or leave it folded neatly as close to your storage area as possible (if requested), put down deck grommets (if applicable), reassemble pool equipment,  remove anything installed for winterization, reinstall ladders / handrails, baskets & return eyes, get system pressurized and running. Once up and running the technicians will make sure everything is working properly, check for leaks, add opening chemicals & brush pool. Chemicals & small parts are additional. Any repairs or substantial items needed will be an additional charge.

Customer responsibilities include: having all power turned on, access to hose water and any areas where you store pool equipment or accessories. You do not have to be home at the time of your opening as long as this access is provided. For water bag covers we ask that you pump off any standing water, or we will likely have to apply a labor charge ($110.00) for coming out ahead of the opening to pump off the cover. Any additional visits due to customer not meeting these responsibilities may result in additional charges.

Clean-Ups

This service is provided after the pool has been opened and lasts until the pool is clean, clear and balanced for swimming. Technicians chemically treat the pool, vacuum multiple times, backwash / clean filters, and test / balance water chemistry. “Drop Out” is frequently used as a flocculant to clear the pool and requires 24-48 hours of the system being off so all the debris in suspension can settle and be vacuumed out. Should you find your pool off, this is likely the reason, so we please ask that you call us before turning the pool on or putting any automatic vacuums in the pool to “help speed things up”.

Customer responsibilities include: access to power and hose water. Additionally, please notify our office if you have any restrictions with your well, or if you have concerns about where the technicians put backwash / wastewater, they are very conscientious but the more information you make available, the better.

All Pools --- $110/hour + Chemicals

Please Note: at times the technicians begin the clean up the same day as the opening, however, the labor charge for that is still 1 hour as they are separate services and it takes additional time to begin the clean up process even if they’re on site for opening.

Clean ups average $500 - $1000. In some cases depending on the condition of the pool the cost can exceed that range.

Service Calls

Our rate for service calls is $110/hr. with a minimum service call of $220. Chemicals and parts are additional. On large items / new equipment we typically ask for a 50% deposit up front with the balance due upon completion.

Service calls include, but are not limited to: diagnosis of common & not so common pool problems, new equipment install, repairs on existing equipment, plumbing repairs, leak detection, automation troubleshooting, etc.

Weekly Maintenance

This service includes one visit per week where technicians vacuum pool, clean pool area, test water & balance water chemistry, brush pool & clean out baskets.

Customer responsibilities include: access to power and hose water. We ask that you please notify our office if you have any restrictions with your well, or if you have concerns about where the technicians put backwash / wastewater, they are very conscientious but the more information you make available, the better. Additionally, should your pool begin to show signs of green or cloudiness, etc. we ask that you notify is immediately as we might be able to prevent things from getting worse. When issues like this arise due to weather or other factors, there could be additional cleanup charges if the pool needs more attention than our one weekly visit. These additional labor hours would be billed at our service rate of $110/hr.

All Residential Pools --- $99/week + Chemicals

Pool Closings

Technicians lower water to appropriate levels depending on the pool type, blow off pool deck, vacuum out minimal leaves, remove handrails / ladders, remove baskets / eyeballs, store all accessories not needed for winterization (if possible / accessible), blow out lines, fill with antifreeze and plug off, secure winter cover & add closing chemicals. If pool is not in swimmable condition there may be additional clean up charges. Chemicals & small parts are additional. Any repairs or substantial items needed will be an additional charge.

Customer responsibilities include: access to power, hose water, winter cover, and wherever you’d like things stored. We ask that you please notify our office if you have any restrictions with your well, or if you have concerns about where the technicians put backwash / wastewater, they are very conscientious but the more information you make available, the better. Lastly, we ask that you check to be sure all pool related breakers are turned off after we have completed the winterization, especially because we might not be able to access them inside your home.
